Roger Hardy Co-Founder, Chairman, CEO & President
 Roger Hardy is a proven developer of successful businesses and strategies.
Roger Hardy ‘s association with Coastal Contacts came in early 2000, as founder, president and CEO he focused his time and energy setting the initial vision and direction for the company as it carved out its leadership position in the vision care market.
As President and CEO Hardy assisted with operations, corporate strategy and marketing. Now as CEO Hardy has narrowed his focus to corporate strategy, business development and M&A activity.
Roger was awarded Business in Vancouver's "Top Forty under Forty" award in 2002 and was awarded the Pacific Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Business to Consumer) in 2006.
Roger has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization ( YPO ) since 2004 and sat on the membership committee for the YPO Vancouver Chapter in 2008.
Roger established the Hardy Endowment fund at Bishops University which will pay the tuition for a student "in need" each year in perpetuity.
Roger is proud of the more than $30 000 in charitable donations that he and his team at Coastal Contacts have made in the past year to charities including the Easter Seals 24 Hour Relay, the Ride to Conquer Cancer, the Greater Vancouver Food Bank and the Canary Derby in Support of the BC Cancer Institute.

Glen Kayll Chief Financial Officer
 Glen is a proven leader in the areas of international finance, negotiation, mergers and acquisitions.
Glen has spent the past several years with PMC-Sierra Inc., in a variety of senior finance roles and most recently as the company’s Treasurer. He was integral to PMC-Sierra’s public and private investment as well as merger and acquisition efforts. His past responsibilities also included worldwide cash management, foreign exchange hedging, corporate finance and investor relations.
Mr. Kayll holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and a Masters in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. He also holds a Chartered Accountant designation. |

Daniel Mühlbach Chief Executive Officer, Lensway AB (a wholly owned subsidiary)
 Daniel Mühlbach is a proven business builder and strategist.
Daniel co-founded Lensway AB in 2000 and since that time has built it into the #1 on-line distributor of contact lenses in Europe. He has developed a number of successful strategies, unique to the European market which are now being implemented in other markets serviced by Coastal Contacts.

Steve Bochen Chief Operating Officer
 Steve is a proven developer of efficient logistics and transportations strategies.
Prior to Coastal Contacts, Steve acted as a Regional Operations Manager for Loomis Courier Service. Steve was directly responsible for over 1,000 employees. Steve also worked as a branch manager for Loomis where he managed 150 employees and was responsible for union negotiation and branch results. Prior to Loomis Steve worked as the District Manager for Canadian Tire Petroleum where he oversaw 200 employees, developed the district's marketing plans, and forged partnerships with Canadian Tire Franchisees.

Nancy Morison Vice President, Operations
 Nancy is a proven architect of successful logistics strategies.
Prior to Coastal Contacts Nancy was Senior Product Manager at i2 Technologies. Nancy also acted as the Logistics Systems Manager with Loomis Courier Service.
Nancy has more than 15 years’ experience in supply chain management. She also has extensive experience in product and project management in relation to software development and software implementation life cycles.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and is a member of the Project Management Institute. |

Terry Vanderkruyk Vice President, Corporate Development
 Terry is a proven business builder and entrepreneur.
In his role at Coastal Contacts, Terry has responsibility for investor relations and is directly involved in a variety of strategic initiatives including potential partnerships and acquisitions. Prior to joining Coastal he has held roles of increasing responsibility with companies such as Johnson and Johnson and most recently Protox Therapeutics. Terry also founded and sold a successful consulting business focused mainly on the life science sector.

Steve Wallace Vice President, North American Sales
 Steve is an experienced business builder & entrepreneur.
Prior to joining Coastal, Mr. Wallace most recently held the position of Director, Strategic Alliances and Public Relations with 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, world’s largest junk removal company. Steve also founded and subsequently sold Active Wireless Inc., a multi unit business to business retailer of telecommunications equipment and services with operations in Vancouver and Toronto.
Proud husband and father of two, Steve enjoys volunteering with Big Brothers, playing golf and cheering on the Canucks in his spare time. |

Erin Lee Director of Customer Service
 Kam is a proven developer of effective service strategies.
With Coastal Contacts, Kam has developed highly effective internal business processes relating to all aspects of customer service and human resources. Prior to Coastal Contacts, Kam was the Administration Manager of Wood West and Partners. She also was a Business Manager at Eaton’s Department Stores.
Kam holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Business Administration in Services Management. Kam volunteers with a local youth mentorship program. |

Dominic Uy Director of Information Technology
 Dominic is a proven architect of systems design and project coordination.
His cross-functional experience has allowed him to facilitate in several areas from logistical operations to customer service. Prior to his joining Coastal Contacts, Dominic was the founder of a successful IT consulting firm, which focused primarily on small/medium size business solutions. He was a leading force in establishing numerous multi-million dollar contracts in his position as a Project Coordinator for an Industrial Contractor.

Prior to Coastal Contacts, Curtis acted in a variety of marketing roles with Telus Communications where he occupied senior positions in Campaign Management, Customer Marketing, and Internet Services.

Braden Hoeppner Director of Web Sales
 Braden is a proven website strategist and marketer.
Prior to joining Coastal Contacts, Braden held roles in vertical media and telecommunications where he guided the implementation, optimization and usage of web analytics & usability to improve website sales performance. He has also provided consulting services for online strategy to public sector and non-profit organizations. Braden is an expert in Web Analytics and conversion optimization and has spoken on the topic at many conferences. Braden has a unique interest in the use of widgets and ‘free social tools’. He understands the importance of moving fast in an online world and being first to adapt to new technologies. Braden took the lead role in developing Coastal Contacts “virtual mirror”, a flash-based application that allows customers the ability to upload a photo and “try-on” glasses in a virtual environment and share this photo across social platforms.
